Field Trip Details

Join us for a morning of whale watching off the cost of San Diego! This field trip includes a dedicated docent to teach our students all about the local marine life throughout the cruise.

This field trip is open to grades TK-12 and will be hosted through San Diego Whale Watch (San Diego).

Please double check which date/location you are registering for before submitting your registration form! We have two whale watching field trip dates in Newport Beach (10/7 & 10/9) and one in San Diego (10/12).

Cost

Students
Using Funds: $41.04 (Parent must place PO prior to registering and include the PO number on the registration form! Vendor Name: San Diego Whale Watch. If you need assistance, please reach out to your ToR. Do not enter "Not sure", "N/A", a fake PO number, or anything other than the correct/valid PO number; doing so will result in your registration being canceled.)

*The non-student sibling option is meant to accommodate parents with younger children who are not yet in school. School-aged siblings (and older) who are not Excel Academy students are not admitted to our school field trips. Thank you for your understanding and for keeping our field trip spots available for our students!

Please note that we are not able to give refunds for cancellations after registration has closed.

Registration

Registration for this field trip will open at 9 a.m. on Monday, August 17 on Regpack. Spots are filled on a first come first served basis, and families who are registered after all spots are filled will be placed on a waitlist.
