Field Trip Details
Students from all grade levels will have the opportunity to participate in hands-on workshops to explore various scientific aspects of the ocean!
Due to the capacity limits of the workshop rooms, the workshops themselves are limited to students, Excel Academy chaperones, and Aquarium of the Pacific staff. During the workshops, parents and siblings will have self-guided time in the aquarium. Parents will drop students off at the workshop room when it is time for their workshop, and parents will pick students up from the workshop room once the workshop is over.
Since the workshops are grade-specific, please pay close attention to the grade levels you select on this registration form! If an error is made during registration, we cannot guarantee space for your student(s) in the correct workshop.
This field trip will take place at the Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach.

Non-Student Siblings, Age 0-2: Free
*The non-student sibling option is meant to accommodate parents with younger children who are not yet in school. School-aged siblings who are not Excel Academy students are not admitted to our school field trips. Thank you for your understanding and for keeping our field trip spots available for our students!
Please note that we are not able to give refunds for cancellations after registration has closed.
Registration
Registration for this field trip will open at 9 a.m. on Monday, November 4. Spots are filled on a first come first served basis, and families who are registered after all spots are filled will be placed on a waitlist.
Registration closes on November 12, or when all spots are filled, whichever comes first. Please note that we are unable to issue refunds after November 12.
